A few hints to keep Tigers from "fizzling". My Tiger Cub Coach is always a
parent from the previous years Tigers. Experience counts. I also involve my
Tigers in Pack meetings. In the fall, I remove the paws from the family kit.
The Tigers rec'v the paws at Pack meetings. They're involved, they're not
bored, they're smiling :-) and they get to know other families in the Pack.
These 2 items alone have doubled my Tiger recruitment and upped my retention
rate to 95%. Also, try to make an effort to attend 1 or 2 Tiger Cub events.
Let the parents know that *you* are interested.
