        Note the term "relatively". Half a meg is indeed short relative to 
the outpouring of standards documents that have resulted, and some of those 
are still unfinished. Just the standards for music, art, and theater consist 
of a small book.
        For that matter, half a meg is ridiculously small compared to some of 
what comes out of congress.
        Anyway, I'm glad you found what you wanted.
