nonono... this is the ECHOLIST area where the echolist bot posts echolist
responses based on updates to its database...

there are several file announcement type areas, though, that do carry the
same announcement traffic that ALLFIX_FILES carries... i'm aware of at
least three others that seem to duplicate ALLFIX_FILES and another five or
six that are also announcement areas but not being posted into by all the
same systems as those in ALLFIX_FILES...
