Oh, sorry, James, just meant that it seems you have to get all the previously 
mentioned incantations just right before anything will happed at all other 
than the progame bombing out. Having all the proper paths in the SET 
CLASSPATH statement in CONFIG.SYS seems to work well with the modified ICQ 
CMD file that Dave mentioned. The spinning faces sure do sit there moving for 
a long time though.
