  Either one is probably worthwhile but I prefer the Antec for a couple reasons.

   1) If you look at the spec sticker not only does the Antec sticker match
the exact model of the PSU where the Coolmax sticker does not but the Antec
shows a fairly substantial higher +12v output totaling some 32A vs the
Coolmax which claims 29A total. That is 10 % better if both use the same
qualities of testing/spec'ing.

  2) Since CoolMax shows a model 450, rates it at 400W and actually
produces less power than Antec's 380 I tend to think Antec is more honest.

  3) I've owned at least 3 Antec PSUs and all were excellent
