There are several Usenet groups dealing with TREK.  These tend to be
objectionable, because there are few controls on content in Usenet ALT
groups, and the "jerk" factor tends to be high.
I have been offered the opportunity to create an Internet mailing list
that would be comparable to this echo.  In my observation, a large
number of the people who post here also have internet mailboxes.  I even
had the possibly fanciful idea of a gateway between TREK and this
possible new mailing list.  (Note that I have not discussed this with
the Moderator, who would have to authorize any such gateway.)
Do you think there would be a need for an Internet companion to the TREK
Echo?
