-> 26 that is counted to be the eof flag.....You may want to look at the
-> chart by going to the 'contents' then 'ASCII character Codes'....
As I said, I am a "mere" Mac user. Mac DOS doesn't include this piece of
idiocy. EOF is a non-ASCII code which can never occur except at the very
end of a file - unless something has gone seriously wrong, of course!
