I took your advise and found the file I wanted only couldn't
download it. The telnet program doesn't have anyway to tell it to accept
a download. I may be missing something as I've never done it this way
before. So I know I should be able to use Qmodempro for windows to do
this, so I tried to set up a connection with it but I get a message
saying cannot find host. Does the" qmwin telnet bbs.mustang.com " go
where the phone number usually goes? The directions say to put that on
the command line. Where is that if not in the phone number location.
Thanks, Vern
P.S. I figured out what I was doing wrong and did eventually get the
file. Thank You. It seems the "qmwin telnet bbs.mustang.com" in the help
menu is a bit misleading. When I put bbs.mustang.com it worked fine.
