Patrick, first off, Restructure all tables making sure that all indecies
are intact. That is that the indecies that want for your tables are in.
Are you running Interactive Paradox and NOT Paradox Runtime? Let me know
on this one. If this doesn't work, try Tutility. This comes with
Paradox. Do a verify and check status of your tables.

If your still NOT getting results, let me know right away. There are
many things we can do further. I have written many apps in Paradox DOS
and am quite knowledgable in it. Willing to help.

Subj: Print current record

FH>Hope it helps,
FH>Fred
Thanks for the info. I did finally get the method I was trying to print
what I wanted but it was very slow. I didn't realize that when Paradox
printed a specific page of a report it had to still generate all the
pages before it. My database is well over 10,000 records and the ones I
would want to print are always at the end.
I did however get all to work fine. To use my prepared report I copy
table to a fake print table and then copy the record to an array and
then to the print table. I then use the reportprintinfo to set the
report to use work real well is fairly fast. I can now be on any record,
press the print button and I get my page.
There sure are a lot of differences between the DOS version and the
windows version. As I get used to the windows version I like it more and
more. I it allows more creativity in designing programs.
Thanks again, it is appreciated.
Dave :)
