| subject: | FILEBONE.NA and uplinks |
All, I'm having a bear of a time setting up auto-add for my downlinks. I have the filegate.zxx file defined in the TAG directory. It appears to be working, if I run "Cross check FILEBONE.XX" from the utilities menu, it doesn't complain about any of my echoes not showing up in the FILEBONE file, so I'm assuming it's reading it. A test request from a node including areas that are already defined as file areas in my ALLFIX and file areas not defined but in the FILEGATE.ZXX file returns all areas as "UNKNOWN: file area". I've gone through the following: 1. Set up a group in group manager with the uplink and test downlink as members, and listed my uplink. 2. Under Uplink systems, added my uplink, included the group under authorized groups, and entered filegate.zxx as the areas filename in filebone.na format. 3. For the downlink, entered the group number from step 1 in Authorized Groups enabled "forward requests" and "allow auto-add" under advanced. Is there anything I'm missing?
