Let me get this straight -- we have a policy that has proven a disaster
over more than 50 years, leaving the whole region in turmoil, and it CAN'T
be changed because -- although it has been PROVEN a failure -- the
as-yet-to-be-implemented alternatives haven't been proven to succeed?
