That my friend has some reasons.
QB is 'old' and many programmers have written nice libs for QB4.5 and
that's why a lot of people are still using QB4.x and PDS
QB4.x little sister is still shipped with dos 6.x and was shipped
with dos 5 so a lot of people got it for 'free' and started with them
and are going on with QB4.x
I've seen PB3.1 and you are right it's a lot better than QB but when
you compare the prices ....
Give it some time and advertice and all will come right.
