It seems Borland themselves profile Delphi as an interface builder, more than 
a "meat" builder, because they have released a Delphi for C++ (Ad on last 
page of DDJ journal). Maybe this is another go for trying to convince these 
die-hard C++ coders to migrate to Delphi ?
