Synchronet does not, to my knowledge.

Squish easily handled this volume and more.  I was a net co-ordinator 
1:244/0 and used the inbound reports, they were very nicely detailed.  After 
I examine your reports I will try to offer advice.

I think if you can write it to examine *.pkt files before they are processed 
that it might be more widely  applicable.
