While *I* also find a third-party book often more explanatory than the
on-line documentation, have you loaded the macro help files of 6.1? It
usually isn't installed unless you do a custom installation of the
files. I printed the help files on my dot-matrix and put the file in a
binder for easy reference (I *dislike* on-line docs, but have LOTS of
paper loaded if you choose to do this!)
