FWIW I did a bit of time looking for WV obits here and there, and wasn't
able to come up with anything definitive.  There was a Billy Ray Gwinn
d.2005 but he was from PA.  All the other leads either led to pay sites or
in one case to where I would have had to have searched day by day.
