True -- I guess if there was an awesome board with TONS of great content 
I'd see possibly paying.  The WG board I used to frequent (MetroBBS) in the 
mid-90s was wonderful, and it had TONS of people on it.  now'days though 
the BBS is still up, I've never seen another sole logged in.  Back then 
though you could shop online, get weather, sports, news, the works.  I'd 
still be game to pay for a system with all that, but none exist. 

I'm working on adding lots of that type of content to my board via PHP 
(running Sync on Linux), but it'll be some time.
