Mebbe both are true.  Who owns Ziff-Davis?  :-)   You'd think that
corporate affiliates would know who they're affiliated with.  :-)
The bottom line is that WP tech support is increasingly going to be
in the hands of people who may only know what they read in the tech
support database at their fingertips and have little, if any, real
first-hand knowledge of the product, as the folks at WP itself did.
