Well, the discussion of Zone 3's revival is off-topic here, period.  This echo
is only for the discussion of Fidonet sysop utilities.  Perhaps you'd be better
off discussing that topic in FN_SYSOP or another sysop-oriented echo.

However, I'd like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. 
Maybe Z3 will pick up some next year. :)
