Dandelion is effective on the liver to clear obstructions, stimulate
its functioning, and treat hepatitis. But, I have found no reference
to it having anti-tumor properties.
Your topic can be very elaborate. If you are interested in
getting into herbal cancer treatment, I would recommend starting
with Michael Tierra's _The Way of Herbs_ (ISBN 0-671-72403-7). This
book includes discussions of herbs and formulas for cancer treatment.
As for prostate cancer, I have had personally reported to me by
people who have used the treatment instead of established medicine
(they continued to get blood tests from their MD) that according to
their "PSA" tests shark oil remitted the cancer. I have done
no personal research on this and do not know what shark oil is, but
this may provide a beginning for some more research on your own.
Unfortunately, I no longer have contact with the people in question
(although I have heard they are alive and well) to find out more.
