I've used internal ActionTec modems. Some (maybe all) based on the
Lucent chipset work under OS/2.
Here is an OS/2 support website for "Actiontec 56K PCI PCI Master
Frequenty Asked Questions"
Actiontec 56K PCI PCI Master Frequenty Asked Questions
http://www.actiontec.com/support/modems/pcimasterfaq.html
with installation instructions for
Compatible Operating Systems ...
Installing the modem for OS/2 Warp
Installing the modem for Linux...
Actiontec driver CD has a modified OS/2 com.sys for use.
Voice has an article on Actiontec medems
"Success with Actiontec 56K PCI Call Waiting Modem"
http://www.os2voice.org/VNL/past_issues/VNL0200H/vnewsf3.htm
& see
http://www.modem-help.co.uk/mfc/actiontec.html
and search for OS/2
Hoping this helps
