Oh, you're almost in the pink now. Your 33 errors could be related to
slowed harddisk driver bios routines. Win slows hd access a bit since it
adds another layer to the interrupts onion.
What might fix this, though it may slow things overall a teensy bit, is
to use "RTS when writing = ON". Increasing the baud rate from 38.4K to
57.6K should bring it up to snuff unless win is hogging much time.
Making the foreground task exclusive priority also helps. Make the time
slices somewhat shorter than the default values. If win enhanced 32 bit
access is off then turn it on unless your hd doesn't like it.
