FULL-TIME/PERM PLACEMENT

3 POSITIONS OPEN

Washington, D.C.-based company is in search of
3 full-time PC support people. Must have 6-8 years
technology experience, meaning several years of previous
help-desk experience.

MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS PC SUPPORT EXPERIENCE!

Primary experience in the following:
Notebook computers
Configuring out-of-box equipment
Printers on a network
NETWARE NOS
Memory Configuration
Conflicts between PCMCIA Cards

Degree preferred, but will look at trade school candidates
and AA degrees.

Applications the users are using:

MS Windows 3.1/95, Office 95, Word Perfect,
Quatro Pro, Lotus Notes.

MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
SKILLS and a PROFESSIONAL IMAGE!

Candidates will be working on the floor directly with users
to fix problems (this company is a large firm and highly 
professional.)
