Actually of course, that is something only a dedicated fascist would
actually believe - the sort that thinks "everything not expressly
premitted is forbidden".

In other words, anything you want to do (pursuit of happiness) the State
is here to help, regulating onlyb to the extent needed to prevent infringement
upon others.
