My kidney function is less and less each day. I do not think I am eligible for a kidney transplant, but am headed in that direction. I am already legally blind and do not wish to go on dialysis. I lost my mother while she was being dialyzed and say the horror she went thru. I have two very good friends whom I meet at a school for the blind and they have both had a double transplant and are healthy as could be with no more DIABETIES. All I hear from them is the good side and neither has had serious problems. Is this how it is for everyone? I saw something on the news about cel
