I read the same statement myself on their offical statements. Now If they are
correct then Atari is NOT. If they are incorrect Atari can SUE them. So far I
have seen no word that Atari plans to dispute their statements. I would think
though that if Atari has a leg to stand on they could win MILLIONS. Lets see
what Atari does.....
