I'm not sure if it's the guy who posted it,  or the sysop running that
board,  but that stuff should never be exported in the first place,  and
the only reason it was is because of the fact that one or the other of them
is running stuff that broke at y2k.  That's why the digit on the beginning
of the "to" address.  I just got real tired of seeing that on
each and every echo I got into that day...
