Unfortunately it doesn't seem so.  I have one Win98 box here that I keep
win98 for some of my older DOS games and sound issues with WinXP, and I was
going to set up a second mailer and BBS system for use with NetSerial, (for
testing purposes) but it wouldn't even complete the install.
