NW and NE of whose nation?  I'm in Canada ... are you? :)  Every little town 
has a computer store, and most of them are really good with Sysops, I'm 
sorry if yours aren't.

We seem to have very different experiences.  The ma and pa shops seem to be 
really happy for the support of an experienced user ... couple hours a week 
etc.
