My favorite was the guy that came in with his notebook looking for a network 
card (even tho it had a port built in like I told him on the phone), and then 
we showed him.  His response ... "I'm pretty good with those desktops, but 
these laptops are a whole different story" ... I had to chuckle.  A computer 
is a computer. ;)
