President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential
Delegation to attend the Baku Energy Summit in Baku, Azerbaijan on November
14, 2008.

The Honorable Samuel W. Bodman, Secretary of Energy, will lead the
delegation.

Additional members of the Presidential Delegation are:

The Honorable Anne E. Derse, United States Ambassador to the Republic of
Azerbaijan

The Honorable C. Boyden Gray, Special Envoy for Eurasian Energy
