More than just geographically linked, as Scotland and England - and with
much the same border controls - but also sharing a common language.
Mexicans going over the border can expect ti find large communities that
speak their language.

And even some large companies that seem to have located down there to take
advantage of labour availability.  Some are alleged to assist illegal
applicants in sorting out their legal status before employing them.
