You'll have to try to explain to him that a BBS is not an anonymous thing
like a web page or ftp site and if he wants access to the BBS he'll have
to go through the same motions as everyone else.

Course if he's going to insult you, he may very well find himself without
much in the way of access.

Are your file areas on a web page or ftp site? If so I'd direct him there
and he can do what he needs to do.
