One of my regular callers is using an "IBM Aptiva 28.8" internal modem with HyperTerminal. However, she can never manage to connect to the NetComm M11F I have at any speed above 2400. I have been told that this happens on every board she calls. Does anyone have any idea why she connects at 2400 every time? I don't know anything about HyperTerminal, so I can not suggest any settings which might need any tweaking. What could the problem be?
