I just had a quick look in the nodelist, Carrol Shenkenberger is Z6C.
You can netmail her at 6:6/0. She works "Out of town", may need to wait
until she can reply but she will know just what to do/who to contact.
You could also contact Bob Seaborn at 1:140/12. He is the North America
to Asia gateway system, he could help you too I'm sure.
I think that will keep you occupied for a while, if not let me know.. ;)
