I find some of the items just too incredulous.

For example:
(a) > Cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas government to the tune of billions
in
> borrowed money.
(b) > First president in U.S. history to have all 50 states of the Union
> simultaneously go bankrupt.

The government of Texas declared bankruptcy?  All 50 states declared bankruptcy?

And then there are the things for which he had no possible impact:

(c)> Set all-time record for biggest drop in the history of the stock
market.
