The "Bad Boy" chain is run by Mel Lastman's son ... Mel Lastman
was the mayor of Toronto for several years.  One winter he called on the
Federal Government to send troops to clear the streets of snow.  The troops
arrived, very wisely they did little and waited for several days, the
weather warmed (as it always does) just enough to melt most of the snow.

When the World Health Organization was putting out (quite unnecessarily) a
warning about travelling to Toronto because of SARS, Mel ran around crying
"Who are they?  Has anybody ever heard of them before?"

You can say that nobody is as bad as Bush, but you've gotta remember that
you have almost 300 million more people than we have so you've got more
opportunities!
