The problem is in people like almost all liberals who are much more into
showbiz, symbols and talk than actually doing something.  So we get the
europhiles talking down to the USA because the USA doesn't go for shows and
does what it says it will and therefore didn't want to say that the USA
would destroy its economy just to help out the socialists in Europe.
Europeans on the other hand go for the flash, sizzle, show, and no action
which is where the credits come in.  That's the scheme by which they avoid
doing anything.

European CO2 Kyoto accords just a bunch of hot air, with no action.  Unlike
the USA which didn't need to put on some phony dog and pony show about
signing Kyoto and actually did something by reducing co2 emissions.
