Oh, I'm sorry if I wasn't clear, yes I'm sure there are hundreds of
thousands of "war games" plans crafted by our government,
starting from before we declared our independence.
There are certainly a lot of interesting scenarios to play out and use for
overall defense enhancement, but to forward the idea that they'd attack
cities to provoke war as a seriously considered actuality is just not
washing, but I guess it proves the "truthers" know no bounds to
their conspiracy mongering.
