They had the right, but not the power.  Remember that they were mostly
hunter gathers, no state structure to speak of, Europeans took over, simple
as that. (none of us here had anything to do with that...)

Just because Europeans took over originally doesn't mean we have the right
to resist invaders to you does it???

There is no suspecting of everyone here about that, the vast majority are
known legal.
