Given the recent events in Libya where it is possible that there may be
defence/energy links (odd timing wrt BP deal & missile etc deal &
Blair pottering about).....

One wonders if this is yet another example of Oil comp SOP which so shocked Geo S.


Not that offering tax payer expense in the form of defence tech & links
in return for UK oil comp getting contract is corrupt of course.....oh
no...that's SOP.....look at the mid last century Saudi-US deal.
