Yes, modern eye surgery is amazing.
I'm going to have to have cataract surgery in the next couple of years, as
well as a cornea transplant in my right eye. The right one has been
legally blind for years, suffers from keriticonus (eyeball elongates like a
football). That eye has a mild cataract in it, and the left is just
starting, so all that is in front of me.
