  You can make the disk images from your OS/2 Warp 4 installation CD-ROM.
  The procedure is documented in one of the READMEs in the root directory,
  and the XDFCOPY.EXE program (which makes the disk images, and can be run
  from either OS/2 or DOS) is provided on the CD as well.
