It's not the music that is the bother. It's the low rumbling of the sub
woofers that I hear. I'm on the 29th floor with my windows closed and it
even gets worse when the festival ends as you have hundreds of teens in
cars with subwoofers pounding and echoing through the downtown streets as
they leave. Thankfully this is the only festival that has a propensity for
large and many sub woofers with heavy bass

The Downtown Hoedown last week was much better as all I heard were some
drunken rebel yells as some were leaving the festival .
