I just replied that a document for Operation Northwoods was in fact a real
document and not anything like your Area 51/ Independence day assertion.

Yes there are a myriad of war/contingency plans and I expect our government
to be proactive with them. What I do not expect - nor should anyone - is a
government that allows invasion plans to be drawn up based upon a deception
of the American People ( staging assasinations, fake terror campaigns ).

 There is no excuse for any plan like that to be put to paper - NONE.
