We are about the same size - lost one boy and his parents who were my only 
quasi-active scouters .  
Popcorn is over and we did well.  We are now wrapping up Scout Show ticket 
sales.
The District usually sets up fall scout nights - so I'm waiting for that.  My 
Bear Den is active (95% attendance), so we'll stay with that for now.  
 MB> We were just talking about doing a separate June Tiger Cub recruitment
 MB> night.  It gets too wild in September with both Tigers and Cubs at the 
 MB> same recruitment "open House".  
Here in Clinton, we had a separate open house for Tigers.  It went really 
well and made up for our terrible Cub open house.  My pack got the most, I 
think, because I was the only male leader.  I signed up 7 Tigers and a Tiger 
Coach.  However, since then, things have fizzled out .
