Aye.

I know several people who developed complications afterward, the halo
effect at night is especially bad for two I've talked to.  One had to have
several surgeries and I think he still has problems.

I would love to ditch the glasses - just can't wear contacts - but I just
don't have the absolute need to not wear them.

Maybe later if glasses can no longer correct the vision and the surgery is
the only option, but for now I'd never take a chance on my eyes.  I'm not
too keen on any surgery that can be avoided.  I like all of my parts (see
appendix).
