Yeeerrrrrssss but it has to overfly summat. This allows the mothership to
send out mines, torpedoes, listening devices etc.etc. all while doing a
nice fuel/sensor efficient circuit at 30-40K feet (way above all that nasty
salt & fatigue inducing wing bending gusts).
