   Geez, dont you guys understand that the Moderator is the one who lets you
   have access to this Area? When he says a subject is off topic he means it
   Ive seen him ban several users by Contacting their Sysops & either banning
   the whole board or the user. That should be enough to stop the thread I
   would think?
