I understand what you mean about people being unhappy with services.  If
the clients don't speak about their training, then things will never
change.  I'm not saying this is too much of an issue with the NFB centers,
but the state angencies big time.  There is sooooo much that needs done
here in Idaho, I could scream.  I think I will.  Some one needs to spread
the word.  How do you all feel about that?
